What we collect. Your email to sign you in. A short profile: your role, level, years of experience, the kind of company you work in, and what you are optimising for. Your conversations with the advisor. We never ask for your employer's name.

Who sees it. Nobody on our team reads your conversations. Messages are stored encrypted at rest. Our analytics record events such as “a conversation was started”, never the content.

The AI. Your messages are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate replies, under terms that do not allow training on your data.

Deleting. Settings → Delete my data removes your account, profile and every conversation immediately. It is a hard delete, not a hide.

Your rights. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act you can access, correct and erase your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Deleting your account does all of that in one step. For anything else, write to us from the email you signed up with.

What this is not. Not legal advice, not therapy, not a substitute for formal channels in harassment or legal matters. The advisor will say so when a situation needs them.
